The absolute BEST moment is when a client picks up their new horse or we deliver the horse. Seeing the joy for the both of them is so heartwarming and bittersweet for us! We love and put a little bit of our souls into each horse that comes to our ranch. What comes before this though is the importance we put on matching the right client with the right horse. We don't believe in a hard sell, we don't believe just any horse is good for just anyone. First and foremost we have the horse's best interest at heart. We also believe in being transparent with our clients. Sharing the good, bad and the ugly so the best decision possible can be made. Everyone horse has the right person, we just need to find them.
